Our target is under a month from your first note to a signed letter. No take-home that takes a weekend. No panel of nine.

Forty minutes with the founder. No HR screen, no behavioural script.

A paid day on the actual problem. On site in Copenhagen when we can. Remote when we cannot.

Signed by the founder. Full transparency on cash, equity, vesting, and what the bar to good looks like.

These are the six things we promise out loud. We do not list snacks. The list is short on purpose.

Every full-time hire gets it. Vesting, strike, dilution, and the cap table are explained out loud in the offer call.

Senior engineers paid against the local frontier-software band, not the EU defence median. We will show the data.

Software engineers walk the line. Operators read the firmware. One building, no artificial wall between hardware and software.

Whatever you build, you watch it fly. We will put you on the first sortie of the system you helped ship.
- 05Defence-cleared work
Support through the national clearance process where a programme requires it. Allied passports only.
- 06Residency, on us
Relocation and Danish residency handled, including the paperwork. Family included. Help finding Copenhagen housing.

One building. One time zone. Every engineer, machinist, and operator inside the same set of walls as the founder. We do not run satellite offices. We do not hire fully remote. Hybrid is the floor — and the floor is in Copenhagen.
