Heimdall battle-layer view: a satellite-imagery map with friendly, hostile, and structural icons overlaid alongside route vectors, controlled from the tab strip and side rail at the top.

Heimdall.

One picture. Every system. The same operators.

Heimdall is the software that ties every Varn system together.

Drones, sensors, ground vehicles, and the third-party systems already in the hangar, fused into one operational view, on one workflow, for one operator. Deployable on an edge node, in a tactical cloud, or anywhere with twenty watts and a single cable.

01Common picture

See everything, in one map.

Fuse every sensor in the area of responsibility with friendly, hostile, and unknown layers. Choose what shows, share what matters, hand off without losing context.

Heimdall common operational picture: a satellite map of a city with friendly, hostile and unknown unit layers stacked in a left panel, edit tools across the top.
Heimdall asset detail view: telemetry panel on the left, a live drone surveillance feed in the centre with a target detection highlighted, and a satellite map of the same area on the right with friendly and hostile icons that mirror the detections from the video.
02Asset control

Live drone, live map, one truth.

Left pane carries the live surveillance feed straight from the drone. Right pane is the satellite picture of the same airspace. Every detection on the video is correlated and marked across to the map in real time. The operator works from one truth instead of two.

03AI tasking

Let Heimdall plan the coverage.

Tell the AI what to prioritise. Time-to-target, fuel, munitions, time on station. Heimdall recommends sensor moves, the operator accepts or overrides. Continuous optimisation when it is wanted.

Heimdall AI tasking manager: a list of sensors on the left, a 'choose which metrics AI should prioritise' panel in the middle with weighted dials, sector coverage summary on the right.
Heimdall pattern analyzer: a list of pattern rules on the left, a triggered alerts feed on the right, each alert tied to track IDs.
04Patterns

Behaviour you would otherwise miss.

Define what is normal in the airspace. Convoys on a route. Loitering near a forward base. Anomalous airspeeds. Heimdall watches and flags the deviations as they happen.

05Centerpiece · Auto-response

Threat appears. Solution appears with it.

Heimdall detects the threat, classifies it, picks the asset that should engage, and asks the operator to approve. One press, and the engagement runs end to end on its own.

  • No menus to navigate, no spreadsheets to update, no second screen to chase.
  • Operator-in-the-loop at the gates that matter, autonomous at the steps that should not need a human.
  • Audit trail captured automatically; every approval is traceable to a name and a moment.

06Engagements

Detections paired to fires.

Every detection moves through a single queue: drafts, dynamic, pending pairing, paired, in execution. No spreadsheets. No chat threads. Authorisation at the gates that matter.

Heimdall engagement queue: a kanban-style board with columns from drafts to in execution, each card showing a detection paired to a fire option.
07Targets

One target list. Every operation.

Targets carry across areas of responsibility, across operators, across days. Confidence, owner, last-seen, links back to the data that generated them. A single source of truth that survives the shift change.

Heimdall cross-AOR targets table: rows of targets with ID, name, class, confidence, last seen, owner, phase, links and AOR columns.
Who it is for

For democracies. Nothing else.

Heimdall is built for democratic states, their armed forces, and their allies. We will not license it outside that circle, under any framing, at any price.

If you operate inside that circle and want to see Heimdall run on your data, talk to us. We will travel.
